Wayne Rawcliffe, President
Wayne Rawcliffe is the President of Senga Consulting Inc. He is recognized for bringing humour, positive energy, creativity and a wealth of ideas to his work with clients in discovering and implementing measureable solutions.
As a facilitator, instructor and coach, Wayne’s clients benefit from over 25 years of organizational effectiveness experience in improving individual, team and organizational performance. Wayne has worked extensively with all levels of leadership in public, private and not for profit sector organizations to successfully develop and implement organizational improvement initiatives. He is a contributing editor of CCH Canadian Ltd. Ultimate HR Manual, Western Edition, and serves his community as a Chair of the Coast Social Enterprise Board, Chair of the BC HRMA Professional Development Committee, Mentor to HR professionals, is an active alumni of Leadership Vancouver and an instructor at UBC and BCIT.
A native of Alberta, Wayne settled in Vancouver after living in the UK, eastern and central Canada and considers this one of the most beautiful cities in the world. His interests are diverse with a background in philosophy, world religions, political science, education and business Wayne brings a broad world view to his work with clients.
