There has been an explosion of books, articles, talks and consulting providing advice on how to deal with the different generations at work not to mention money being made. After reading many of these ideas myself over the last year I wondered if what we were observing was not so much generations at work, as the normal evolution of generations being observed by the dominant culture or dominant generation.
